Unlike a workout at the gym, yoga doesn't leave you feeling like a squeezed lemon. The asanas are easy, even for mothers in the third trimester. Progress depends on regularity, not intensity. In the second trimester, you have to fight the fear of losing your shape and the fear of childbirth (more active exercises, including special exercises for abs). In the third trimester, we prepare the pelvis for childbirth by doing exercises for our back and relaxation.
