3 monthsThis program will help you tighten your belly and strengthen your back and glutes without endless push-ups, side planks, and twists. You won't have to work out at your limit. In these short exercises, we use techniques that will give you great results.
You will be able to:
- get a flat belly that will stay toned on its own, without retractions and effort
- stop suffering from protruding belly after a meal
- get rid of the diastasis

Work out and shape your legs, strengthen your glutes, lower back and get rid of a flat butt
2 monthsThe program will help you shape your legs and strengthen your glutes and lower back. Practicing yoga and pilates in a combination will strengthen your entire body and help you engage and train your glutes while simply walking.
You will be able to:
- finally "revive" your glute muscles after a long period of required inactivity
- relax the overworked muscles in your pelvis and lower back
- work out without working out because you will make your glutes engaged during the day while walking
